Today i am gonna refer SEO on Blogger Posts in approach that once your done your probabilities to be found on Google SERP's (Search Engine Results Page) and alternative search engines are going to be higher then before.

You may research on Google Keyword Tool also known as Google Adwords Keyword Tool 

this is a very important SEO tool as it will help you find your best keywords and there competition.

Also it tells you the number of times that keyword it's searched monthly, Locally and Globally.

Proper placement of Keywords

You must use your keywords very good in order to SEO your post better there are 3 fundamental things you must do:

Keywords on the title

Put <h1> for titles and <h2> <h3> for your blog post and titles.

For example the above title Proper placement of keywords would be a <h3> and How to SEO your Blog post a <h2>.

Also use your most important keyword on your title and on the first sentences of your post.

Your first 100 and last 100 words should always contain keywords.

Use images

You can always use images and add an Alt Attribute to them like this:

Note: instead of the link you can always put your images URL code.

To add this to a image just click properties and add on alt text the code given above.
